The Queen Collection - Altıntaş/Antalya

The new piece of our collection, The Queen Collection, designed in memory of Queen Elizabeth, is now on the way.

The Queen Collection will be built on Ka Collection Co.'s own purchased land of 11,001,00 m2. The Queen Collection, designed by the Architect Adil Okur, has a unique architecture of 8 floors, and the collection, designed as residential and commercial, has a wide variety of apartment plans, some of which have private terraces, as well as a wide range of social facilities.

The complex, which will have its own beach in the Lara region, will also have Shuttle service to the Beach, Antalya International Airport, Mall of Antalya, Deepo Outlet Center, Agora Shopping Center, and Ikea for the inhabitants of our Collection.

The construction of our collection will start on 30.05.2023 and will be completed on 31.12.2025.

The Payment Plan is 50% of the Sale price in the Contract, the remaining 50% will be paid every 3 months till the delivery of the Project.

The total number of apartments in the collection is 123:

  • 99 units of 1+1 (50 – 83 - 131.5 m²) with normal floors and pools
  • 2+1 (109 -141.5 m²) with 6 Terrace Pools on the Floors
  • 10 units of 2+1 in the garden (97 – 110.5 m²)

  • 5 2+1 Duplexes on the Attic (92.5 – 93.5 – 155.5 m²)
  • 1 5+1 Duplex (331 m²) on the Attic Floor
